📦 Shipping Delays, Damage & Delivery Issues
At Show Pride, we partner with reliable carriers—but sometimes the journey gets bumpy. If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:
🛑 What to Watch For
- Tracking shows “delivered” but no package? Double-check with neighbors or your local post office first.
- Package arrives damaged? Snap a photo and email us ASAP.
- Order is delayed? If it hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), reach out and we’ll investigate.
🛠 We’ll Help You…
- File claims with the carrier if needed
- Replace eligible items or issue store credit
- Confirm inventory for re-shipment (depending on availability)
🤝 Our Ask
- Contact us within 5 days of the delivery scan or expected arrival date
- Include your order number and any photos or tracking info
